  Worst experience ever! Purchased new flooring for our kitchen and living room last year. All of the materials were not shipped at the same time and we received items we did not even order. The subcontractors arrived late and never completed the job because they did not have all of the materials needed due to the issue with shipping. Pieces arrived almost a month after the job was "finished". Never had the trim or details completed. Had a horrible time trying to return the items that we didn't order. It seemed like the entire customer service department was clueless and did not know how to handle our issue. Also, do not get Pergo Max flooring if you have an elderly dog. It's marketed for large dogs but ours is slipping and sliding all over it. We had to put area rugs all over to prevent her from breaking a hip.

  Impressed by the service I received tonight without even asking. Frank was a huge help in the lumber Dept. and Nick came to the rescue loading my car. Thanks guys for helping restore my faith in customer service.
